Two iconic buildings housing prime office space and amenities such as an auditorium, conference rooms, restaurant and state-of-the-art technological solutions.
Given the size and characteristics of the building, an installation was designed for its air conditioning with a centralised system per building, producing cold water and hot water, to be distributed through a four-pipe system.
The air conditioning and ventilation of the auditorium, cafeteria and atrium areas was ensured by air treatment units.
With our solution, you have 14 air handling units with heat recovery and 4 multifunctional 4-pipe chillers of 470kW with variable flow.
