For the construction of a Health Unit and Senior Residence, belonging to HPC – Hospital Privado de Chaves, a solution was adopted taking into account the implantation, the strong constraints of the building and the comfort conditions to be created inside the various locations.

The HVAC system combined the production of domestic hot water, ventilation, smoke removal, field equipment and centralized technical management.

The final treatment and correction of air temperature was carried out in each compartment of the workroom, waiting areas and offices, according to the expected occupancy rate and specification of each compartment.
